SAMPLE REQUEST:
To aviod problems of color variation between the products you see on website and physical acacia hardwood, customer is allowed to request a small physical sample in 20-40cm from us to confirm.Our sample is free of charge while customer afford sample freight cost only.Paypal is prefered for sample express charge payments directly to ACACIA DEPOT.
Small sample wood is never deemed as full representation of large area wood flooring effects due to random natural wood characters or features by growth of the lumber.
SHIPPING:
Against sample confirmation & deposit downpayments , we would start to prepare for the millwork of acacia flooring.
Normally within 3 weeks, we can finish production of order quantity 10000s.q.f of solid hardwood acacia, while engineered acacia floors may need 4 weeks or more.You could also purchase from our regular stock goods for immediate shipping if conifrmed the quantity,color & specifications with our service staff.
Located in South China,ACACIA DEPOT set up warehouse close to major shipping port such as FOSHAN , GUANGZHOU & SHENZHEN, where all could be reached within 2 hours for quick shipping.
By sea cargo pls be aware that your goods may take 2-3 weeks on transit to US from East China coast area,make sure your project is not so rushed for flooring due to the long transit of importing.Estimated shipping cost would be 0.25-0.35USD/S.Q.F per our past shipping record, while still depend on exact volume and destination port location.
Customer will get copy of shipping documents of B/L , PL, INVOICE & ISF FILE from us once the balance payments made against shipping notice.Our shipping company will guide you through the whole process of delivery & US Custom Declaration until you receive our goods.
